Fitness Programming

  • Friday, February 2nd – Join the SRC staff the first Fitness Friday of the semester. We’ll feature information about and registration for our Team Fitness Challenge as well as information about our Spring 1 Intramural Sports leagues – Handball, Dodgeball, and Basketball.
  • Monday, February 5th – Team Fitness Challenge begins! Join our 5 week challenge as you motivate yourself and your team to meet your health and wellness goals. We’ll provide each team member a copy of the COREiculum fitness DVD program as well as access to pre and post tests for body composition, endurance, flexibility, etc. if you choose to do so! Prizes include fitness attire, equipment, healthy food options, etc.
  • Thursday, February 22nd - National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day, SRC
    NIRSA - National Recreational Sports & Fitness Day, February 22
    Join us in engaging students and other members of the Rider community while supporting lifestyles of health and wellness! Come to the SRC and find a time this day to celebrate!
